Horse program management
Your barn. Connected.
HalterLink puts your schedule, horses, feed chart, tasks and owner updates in one shared app. Trainers, staff and horse owners all see the same plan, so nobody has to run the barn from a group chat.
- Free for up to 5 horses

Sound familiar?
The plan lives on a whiteboard, three group chats and somebody's memory.
Ride times get moved by text. Feed changes go up in marker. The farrier shows up and nobody is sure who's holding Atlas. HalterLink turns all of it into one plan that everyone can see and nobody has to chase.

Schedule
Plan tomorrow before evening feed.
Plan Tomorrow lays every horse on one 6 AM to 8 PM board, with each owner's free time already marked. Tap a horse to book a lesson inside the time that works for its owner. Nothing goes out until you send the whole day at once.
- Rides, lessons, vet and farrier on one schedule, by day, week or month.
- Repeats that fit a barn: every other day, every 6 weeks, the 3rd Tuesday of the month.
- Running late? Pick 15 minutes, shift the rest of the morning, and tell only the people it affects.
- Owner free
- Booked
- Waiting
- Draft
Horse owners
Keep owners informed, on their terms.
Owners get their own login and see only their own horses. They answer ride times, mark when they can't ride, and send requests. You decide what goes ahead and what each owner gets to see.
- Accept or decline in one tap. Declining asks for a reason and times that work instead.
- No reply by your 8 PM cutoff? Tomorrow's ride confirms itself and says so.
- Requests wait for you. Feed changes, farrier visits and notes from owners go ahead only when you approve them.
- Privacy per owner. Share rides and care with everyone, keep tasks and receipts in-house, or hide a single note.

Horses
Every horse's whole story, one tap away.
Each horse has a profile with its alerts, contacts, schedule, care, feed and a searchable history. When the vet asks when Willa last had her hocks done, the answer is in your pocket.
- Care records for vet visits, vaccines, farrier, dental and bodywork, with the next one already reminded.
- Documents that warn you. Coggins and health certificates flag 30 days before they expire.
- A feed chart staff can trust. AM, Lunch, PM and Night Check, checked off per horse with who and when.

And the rest of the barn
Everything the day runs on, in the same place.
-
Tasks with proof
Assign to one person or a few. Ask for a note or a photo when it's done, and see who did it.
-
Horse chats
A chat for each horse, group chats for the team, and direct messages. You always see who's in the conversation.
-
Alerts with quiet hours
Each person picks what they hear about, sets quiet hours and mutes horses that aren't theirs.
-
Documents
Coggins, health certificates, insurance and receipts, filed by horse. You choose who can see each one.
-
Show management
Classes, rings, riders and grooms for each show, kept apart from the home barn's day. Time changes reach the right people.
-
Packing lists
Start every show from your templates. Each horse's own gear, like the hay steamer, joins the list when the horse does.
-
Reminders
Vaccines, deworming, farrier, dental and Coggins. Alerts go out a week before and on the day.
-
Quick Add
One button for a ride, a note, a feed change, a document or a reminder, from anywhere in the app.

Horse owners
Owners and clients
Follow their horse's schedule, care and feed. Answer ride times, send requests and message the team.
Only the barn pays. Horse owners join free and never count toward your plan.

Everyone sees what they should, and nothing more.
-
Owners see their own horses
Only the parts you share, set for the whole barn, per owner, or per item. Owners never see other owners.
-
Staff see the horses they work with
Give each person every horse or just the ones they care for. Photos and documents are stored privately.

Several locations, bringing over your existing records, and hands-on onboarding for your team.
Prices are per barn, per month, in US dollars. Horse owners never count toward your plan. Moving to a smaller plan never deletes anything.
Do horse owners or staff have to pay?
No. Only the barn pays, and one plan covers everyone you invite. Staff use your plan's team spots. Horse owners don't count toward any limit.
What can horse owners see?
Only their own horses, and only the parts you share: rides and training, daily care, appointments, feed, notes, documents and shows. Set it for the whole barn, change it for one owner, or hide a single item. Owners never see other owners.
What happens after the 30 days of Pro?
Your barn moves to the Free plan unless you choose another one. Nothing is deleted. If you have more than a plan allows, everything stays; you just can't add more until you upgrade or make room.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. HalterLink runs on iPhone, Android and in any web browser, all on the same account. Plan the week on a laptop and check off feed on your phone in the aisle.
My staff aren't big on apps. Will they use it?
They open the app to today's list and tap to mark things done. They join with a code you text them, and they only see the horses they work with.
Does it work at horse shows?
Yes. On the Show Barn plan, each show gets its own classes, rings, riders, grooms, packing list and tasks, separate from the home barn's day. When a class time changes, the rider, groom and owner are told.
Can HalterLink see my barn's information?
Not unless you share it. If you need help, you can let our support team see your horses, schedule and tasks for 7 days. Every look is logged, and messages are never visible to us.
Less time keeping track.
More time with the horses.
